SHATTERED PEARL - A film made for British television on women affected by the war and “the right to life”. They were perhaps the first Sri Lankans to have a major production on the ethnic conflict of Sri Lanka on British Television. | |||

| BLESSED ARE THE POOR - compares poverty in Britain and South India and the positive effort made by poor people to change their lives. Made for the Methodist International together with Mark Howard of 25 Educational. | ||||
| SHATTERED PEARL was in the Rotterdam film festival and also in the Monticatini Film Festival in Italy. SEYLLAN TO PARADISE and STOP KILLING START SINGING was also in the Monticatini Film Festival. The latter was the first time that Sinhala songs were featured for an International Film Festival. | ||||
| They were researchers for three major British TV Productions and Nimal was an assistant producer for Richard Taylor’s UNLEASHING OF EVIL for the BBC. |
